~~NOTOC~~ ====== Subscription ====== In the Subscription group, we record the data and settings of the user required to use the system. ===== Business card ===== The contact data includes the user data required for the use of the system. Users can only edit their contact information, they cannot create another subscription. **Name**\\ The user's business or personal name. The system addresses the user with this name in various notifications and documents. **E-mail address**\\ The email address the user wishes to use to contact the Service Provider. **Notification of entry**\\ When enabled, the system will send an email about each login to the system. **Exit all devices**\\ If it is switched on and you log out of the system (Logout) on the device you are currently using (computer, phone, tablet, etc.), the system will log out your other devices if you have also logged in to them. **Interface language** \\ User interface language. Currently you can choose between Hungarian and English. **Change password**\\ Change the password used to log in to the system. {{en:software:desktop:manual:system-change-password.png?direct&600|Change Password}} The password is the basic data for entering the system. When logging in for the first time, we use the temporary password received from the Service Provider, but it is advisable to change this. In addition, for security reasons, it should also be amended after a certain period of time. To set a new password, you need to enter the following information: **Current password**\\ The current password is requested for security reasons - without it, anyone on an unattended machine could change the current password. **New password**\\ New password to use in the future. **Confirm new password**\\ Re-enter the new password you entered earlier. The system will only accept the new password if the two entries are the same - this will prevent spelling problems. Clicking the Save button will save the new password and you will need to use it the next time you log in. If any of the information is entered incorrectly, the system will display it and we can correct it. When you use Backspace or X, the current password does not change. //** Setting the password** \\ The purpose of the password is to allow us to uniquely identify our identity to the system and access our data - while making this impossible for others. In order for a password to fulfill this role, it must comply with certain rules. \\ **Uniqueness** \\ A basic condition for clear identification is that each user has a unique password different from the others. When entering a new password, the tracking system ensures this by checking. \\ **Strength** \\ By password strength we mean the difficulty of guessing. The longer and more varied a password is, the harder it is to reproduce. When creating passwords, we usually combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and other symbols. This is what the tracking system expects - a password must include: * at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, * at least one number, and * at least one underscore (_) character. * Password must be at least 8 characters long. \\ **Privacy** \\ Man is the weakest link in any security system. A password only protects our data until others know it. It is not recommended that you share your password with others, stick it around your computer, or make it public in any other way.//
