You can set the order of the groups in the list as desired. The icon on the left side of the group headers, marked with three consecutive dots, is used to move the groups within the list.
Steps
Press the left mouse button on the three-point icon and hold it down and drag the mouse in the desired direction (down or up).
After a short distance, the system shows the nearest suitable docking location (gray area). Dragging the mouse further, we get another place.
Release the left mouse button above the docking location that is right for us.
