You can view any part of the map by moving it with the mouse. If you move the mouse over the map, its shape becomes an open hand. If you then press (and hold) the left mouse button, the hand will “grab” the map. Moving the mouse also moves the map.

Make sure that there is no object (device or POI icon, route) under the mouse pointer when the left mouse button is pressed - otherwise the left mouse button click will cause some characteristic action or event. Releasing the left mouse button stops moving the map.
